- How to choose the right size?
The majority of our items are available in one size. To help you make the best choice, a general size guide is available on each product page, along with details on the dimensions of the model and the items worn. Need additional advice? Our team is at your disposal for any clarification!

- What are the delivery times?
We ship orders every day, except Sunday. In mainland France, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. For international deliveries, the time can be up to 14 business days.
- How can I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your package with ease. Make sure to use the same email address associated with your payment method.
- What are the return conditions?
If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that it is unworn and in its original condition . The refund will only concern the amount of the item. To find out the return steps, see our "Return & Warranty" tab.
- How do I exchange items?
To exchange an item, first return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement product.
